We want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase, which includes its delivery to you. In this deliveries policy, the expressions “we”, “us” and “our” are a reference to M & M Jade Impex New Zealand Ltd, trading as foodland.co.nz

KEEPING YOU INFORMED

After placing an order with us, we will confirm the dispatch date via email and then provide you a link to track the delivery of your purchases.

DELIVERY

Delivery may vary according to the item/items ordered. Your order will be delivered during normal working days between 8:00am and 6:00pm. Our delivery policy is to be read in conjunction with the policies of the courier company.

Our usual delivery time is no longer than 10 days for orders within the North Island New Zealand.

It is the customer’s responsibility to be at the delivery address at the time of the delivery.

DELAYS

If there is a delay in the delivery of your purchased items, we will inform you as soon as we discover the delay. If we can’t deliver your products at the specified number of days from the order date, we will cancel your order upon your request & organize a full refund of your purchase price.
